Chocolate Cracknell

Ingredients

Margarine 250g

Golden Syrup 225g

White Sugar 225g

Cocoa Powder 35g

Coco pops 350g

Method

1 Melt the margarine, sugar, syrup and cocoa powder in a pan. Do not boil.

2 Stir in the cornflakes until completely covered in the chocolate mixture.

3 Using a potato scoop, portion onto a greased tray.
